Once you're registered for self pay or have received your insurance verification from The Lactation Network, you can visit this page to make appointments any time you need. Simply choose the type of consultation you're scheduling, request a day and time, and submit. That's it! You'll receive an email confirmation once your visit is approved along with an invitation to create a patient portal.
Please note that *appointments will not be confirmed* until payment has been made or insurance coverage has been verified.
