Schedule Visits Online
Once you're registered, you can visit this page to make appointments any time you need. Simply choose the type of consultation you're scheduling, request a day and time, and submit. That's it! You'll receive an email confirmation once your visit is approved and an invitation to create a patient portal.
Please note that *appointments will not be confirmed* until payment has been made or insurance coverage has been verified. If you are using your insurance, please wait until you have received your email approval before scheduling. Appointments will be held for 1 hour to allow for payment, then appointments will be released back onto the schedule for other families.
If you do not see an appointment available in the time frame you need, please add yourself to the waitlist using the online schedule or email kate@beathensborn.com. If you're an existing client and the online schedule system can't find your record, be sure your gender is set to "unknown".

In-home services are available in the following counties and are subject to availability: Clarke, Oglethorpe, Madison, Oconee, and parts of Elbert and Green Counties. Virtual services are available...anywhere, of course! All AthensBorn professionals are fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
