  • A free initial consultation. We'll get to know one another and figure out if we're a good match!
  • Unlimited prenatal visits (may be virtual or in-person)
  • Continuous attendance and support throughout your labor and birth.
  • A postpartum visit in your home after your baby arrives 
  • Unlimited phone/email support from the time of hire into your postpartum weeks.
  • 24/7 support beginning 2 weeks prior to your due date and continuing until your baby is born.
  • ​We work closely with and provide emotional support to partners as well as laboring parents. 
  • We will stay with you after your birth, until breastfeeding has been established (if that is your wish!) and you feel settled in.
  • ​Our clients have access to our experience, our knowledge, and our extensive list of local resources for all things pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting-related.
  • A warm welcome in our (clients-only) pregnancy & postpartum support groups.
  • ​Online support through our (clients-only) Facebook group and our parent group text thread program where you can connect with other parents, ask questions, and share laughs and resources.
  • ​​Assistance preparing documents to submit for reimbursement from your health care insurance company. (We cannot guarantee successful reimbursement; payment for services must be made to AthensBorn in advance.)​
