Hi! My name is Erin Windham-Hill, and I’m working on my certifications as a labor and postpartum doula and lactation support specialist through MaternityWise.

I found my way into birth work after my own pregnancy in 2024, when I realized how overwhelming it felt to go through such a big life change without really knowing any other new parents. As a queer and nonbinary birthing parent, I also struggled to find support that truly reflected me. That experience inspired me to show up for others in the ways I needed most—offering care that’s inclusive, gentle, and full of encouragement.

My goal as a doula is to support families of all identities and experiences by fostering a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where all questions are welcome and everyone feels valued and respected.
