After walking through her own transformative birth and postpartum journeys, she felt called to support mothers as they navigate those tender first weeks. Lauren’s approach is grounded in calm, compassion, and community — with a belief that every family deserves to feel nurtured and seen. She’s certified with Cornerstone, and is passionate about creating sustainable support for families of all backgrounds.
