Postpartum Doula Support Options

We offer several different support options, because we work with a variety of families who have different needs. Our New Parent Survival Session is one of our most popular postpartum support options. Why register for a New Parent Survival Session? Because a family with postpartum support is more relaxed and confident. Our goal is actually for you to thrive, not just survive! The New Parent Survival Session was intentionally created to ease the anxiety that families experience as they grow. Whether you’d like assistance with newborn care, new sibling adjustment, baby-wearing, household tasks, or simply another set of hands available for whatever comes up, we are here to help. Each New Parent Survival Session includes 3 hours of care. Little ones grow so quickly and arranging for professional hands-on support frees up parents to remain beautifully present and purposeful in these first days and weeks of newborn life.

Our 4th Trimester Package is designed to get families off to the best possible start as they bring their little one(s) home. From extended baby feeding support to all the things that go into keeping the early postpartum weeks feeling peaceful, we've got you covered. The 4th Trimester Package includes 4 New Parent Survival Sessions. Keep reading for more information...
