What will I learn in this private class?
This class will focus on preparing you for the first days and weeks of feeding your baby. We'll discuss latching and positioning techniques, normal feeding behaviors, how to know your baby is getting enough to eat, potential bumps in the road and how to address them, and cover any questions on your mind!
This class includes one hour of live education + Q&A with an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and an additional online component you can do at your own pace. You'll have a chance to ask all your questions from the comfort of your own couch. Pjs and snacks are encouraged.
Cost: $75 (self-pay rate)

- Are you planning to return to work outside your home?
- Do you want pumping to be a part of your family's feeding plan?
- Feeling unsure how to start building your stash?
- Worried about keeping up your milk supply?
- Feeling anxious about the transition?
If you've answered yes to any or all of the above, a "Back to Work" virtual class is a great choice for you!
What will I learn in this private class?
This class is designed for lactating parents who would like help transitioning to working outside the home, as well any parent who could use support with pumping and bottle feeding. Topics will include choosing/using a pump, when and how to introduce a bottle, creating a pumping schedule that works for you, handling and storing human milk safely, working with employers and child care providers to support parents, as well as answering any questions you have. Returning to work can be a very stressful time for parents...this session is designed to help you feel prepared and confident for this transition!
